What kinds of techniques do your practitioners use?
Our team is trained in a wide range of therapeutic modalities including neuromuscular therapy, deep relaxation, injury treatment, cupping, scraping, myofascial release, sports massage, trigger point therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, and more. We also integrate relaxation, nervous system support, and intuitive touch to meet your body where it’s at.

How does your membership work?
The Flowstate Wellness Program includes one 90-minute session per month for $180. Members receive 20% off additional sessions, priority booking, and exclusive member- only offers. 6 month initial commitment- because real changes- takes time, with a flexible month- to month commitment after. Do you take insurance?
We do accept PIP claims (auto accident insurance). At this time, we do not bill health insurance directly, but we’re happy to provide a superbill for possible reimbursement. We also accept HSA/FSA payments. Please reach out to admin@flowstategigharbor.com if you have any questions regarding insurance.
