Meet the Flowstate Team

Our team is composed of intentionally selected, highly skilled licensed massage therapists who are deeply committed to your care.

At Flowstate, you are welcome to work exclusively with one practitioner or experience the collective expertise of our team — we collaborate, support one another, and are united in helping you achieve your goals.

Every practitioner brings their own unique strengths and specialties, but we share a common philosophy: to meet you where you are, listen deeply to your body’s needs, and guide you forward with customized, evidence-based care.

  • Hi I’m Kelley!

    Founder and Practitioner at FlowState.

My love for this work was born from personal experience.

After surviving a series of five major car accidents, I came to understand firsthand how deeply trauma, injury, and chronic stress can become stored in the body — and how powerful bodywork can be in helping to release it.

It wasn’t just physical healing I found through massage and bodywork; it was mental, emotional, and spiritual restoration as well.

My style is a fusion of science-backed therapeutic techniques and intuitive, trauma-informed care.

I draw from modalities rooted in evidence — including neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and nervous system regulation — while also deeply listening to what each individual body needs beyond the physical.

Whether you are seeking massage and bodywork for physical recovery, emotional release, nervous system recalibration, or simply to reconnect with yourself on a deeper level, my goal is always the same: to help you feel your very best, both on and off the table.

At Flowstate, every practitioner has been intentionally selected and trains directly with me to uphold the highest standards of care.

It’s an honor to work alongside such talented, dedicated individuals — and it’s a privilege for all of us to be part of your healing and wellness journey.

  • Hi I’m Tessa!

I’m a Licensed Massage Practitioner passionate about helping clients reconnect with balance, comfort, and a deeper sense of ease within their body, mind, and spirit.

I approach every session with intuition, care, and a personalized focus drawing from Swedish massage, Deep Tissue techniques, Relaxation-focused work, and trauma-informed principles to support your unique experience.

You know your body better than anyone. My role is to advocate for you, listen deeply to what your body is communicating, and walk alongside you through the process — whether that means addressing physical tension, emotional stress bound up in the body, or simply creating space for you to rest and restore.

I also specialize in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and have a deep passion for supporting clients who are navigating or have navigated cancer treatment.

I believe in creating a space that honors your body’s resilience, acknowledges your experiences, and helps facilitate a gentle return to balance through skilled, compassionate touch.

No matter where you are in your journey, I’m here to meet you exactly where you are, and to help you move forward with more ease, comfort, and self-trust.

  • Hi I’m Jordan!

I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist with a background that blends athletics, movement science, and real-world experience.

Before becoming a massage therapist, I spent 12 years as a hairstylist and also became a CrossFit coach — and it was during those years that I truly discovered the essential role bodywork plays in maintaining strength, mobility, and daily function.

Massage quickly became a vital part of my life, helping me recover, move better, and continue doing the work and training I loved.

Now, I’m passionate about providing that same support to others. Whether you’re an athlete looking to optimize performance and recovery, or simply someone seeking more ease and resilience in your daily life.

I specialize in athletic performance and recovery-focused bodywork, and injury treatment, always tailoring each session to meet your individual needs and goals.

Flowstate has been part of my journey for a long time, I was a client here beginning in 2020 before going on to become a practitioner.

It’s an honor to now be part of this team and to support others through the kind of care that made such a difference in my own life.

I look forward to supporting you and partnering with you to achieve your wellness goals!

  • Hi I’m Jenna!

I approach bodywork as both an art and a science, blending advanced therapeutic techniques with intuitive listening to help reduce pain, restore function, and support a calmer, more regulated nervous system.

My sessions are fully customized, combining skills in Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy, trigger point therapy, myofascial work, and nervous system regulation to meet each client exactly where they are.

I believe the most powerful sessions happen through collaboration - between practitioner, client - and the body’s own innate wisdom.

I aim to create the right balance for each person: between focused, therapeutic work and deep relaxation at the same time.

As a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Advanced Neuromuscular Therapist, Certified Health Educator, Reiki Master, Yoga Teacher, former Junior Olympian, and U.S. Veteran, I bring a lifetime of discipline, curiosity, and respect for the healing process to my work at Flowstate.

It’s an honor to be part of a team that believes in truly personalized, evidence-based care.

  • Hi I’m Olivia!

I’m your dedicated myofascial movement and mobility specialist.

Movement has always been at the center of my life.

After years of playing competitive volleyball, I developed a deep appreciation for athletic performance — and the demands it places on the body.

While exploring various career paths after college, I found my calling in personal training and quickly became passionate about helping others strengthen their bodies and improve their overall well-being.

I specialize in corrective exercise, stretching, mobility, and functional training, blending modalities like mat Pilates and yoga to create a holistic, sustainable approach to recovery and strength.

For the past three years, I’ve worked in rehabilitative care as a chiropractic assistant and exercise trainer, gaining hands-on experience supporting clients through injury recovery and long-term wellness.

Now, I’m expanding my practice to help individuals who were told their injuries would never heal, those struggling with flexibility, and athletes of all levels.

I’m passionate about educating clients on the importance of proper movement, stretching, and injury prevention — and I thrive on empowering people to move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free.
